The caravan has 3 bedrooms, shower/toilet, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, iron and board, Television, Video/DVD.
There is a lovely solid fuel effect stove to create a cosy feeling when it's cold.
Gas is supplied (for cooking) and electricity is paid for by coin meter (regular rate).
Linen and hand towels are supplied.

There is secure bike storage and bike cleaning facilities.
We can assist with the drying of wet weather gear - it does rain sometimes!

Terms & Conditions

• A £50 deposit is payable on booking and the balance due on arrival. All fees are non-refundable.

• Weekly Bookings are from Saturday - Saturday.

• Bookings are from 3.30pm on the afternoon of arrival and the caravan must be vacated by 10am on the morning of your departure day.

• The caravan must be kept in a clean and tidy condition and left in such condition on departure.

• Maximum occupancy of 6 people.

• Although Linen and hand towels are provided - Please bring your own Bath Towels.

• Well behaved dogs are permitted by prior agreement (£25 surcharge).

• The caravan is non - smoking.

• The caravan owners will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft, injury, accident mishap to any person or property howsoever caused.
